Wingate shortlisted for Large Business of the Year at the Surrey Business Awards 2026

We’re delighted to announce that Wingate has been shortlisted for Large Business of the Year at the Surrey Business Awards 2026.

Based in Caterham, with roots going back more than 50 years, Wingate helps individuals, families, trustees and employers make better decisions about their financial futures. Our work spans financial planning, investment management and employee benefits consultancy, underpinned by a shared culture, common values and a commitment to lasting relationships.

Our entry focused on the progress we have made as a business: growing through client relationships and referrals, investing in our people, and improving the systems and processes that support dependable, personal service.

It also explored how we measure success beyond financial performance. Our philosophy of “Develop, Grow and Care” guides how we support colleagues, serve clients and contribute to our communities. Through the Wingate Foundation, this includes ongoing support for local charities, school mentoring and projects that create opportunities for young people.
