Jonathan Bertrand

Financial Planner

Jonathan is a Chartered Associate of the London Institute of Banking and Finance and has been in the financial services profession since 2013.   Jonathan initially started his career working as an administrator and as a paraplanner before becoming a Financial Planner and therefore he understands the different disciplines, processes and high standards required within a financial planning environment and has transferred these skills over when providing advice for his clients.

Jonathan’s experience has been heavily weighted towards pensions and retirement planning; however, he has a deep interest in personal development and is always exploring ways to improve himself and others. Jonathan holds a 2:1 Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Surrey and believes this degree improved his ability to provide unbiased analysis and context to individual client situations, which is a vital skill within financial planning.

Jonathan lives in Horsham and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. In his spare time, Jonathan can either be found in the gym, or chasing his children around a park. He also holds a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, although having not trained for many years, he feels like this was in a past life.
