We are pleased to announce that Peter Magliocco has been approved by the Later Life Accreditation panel and has achieved full membership of the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA).

The accreditation process entails two parts.

Initially, a written application setting out qualifications, a commitment to maintain ongoing training programme, an assessment of advice delivered to clients and the demonstration of a supportive working environment.

This is followed by a 90 minute interview with an independent auditor, interrogating the evidence submitted in part one of the process. Followed by a Viva, conversation and questions, around an older client scenario.

The accreditation aims to evidence how the applicant is able to provide advice to older clients, and their overall knowledge and experience.

Ben Clarke, Managing Director at Wingate said

We are tremendously proud of Peter, whose hard work in obtaining SOLLA accreditation evidences his commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for older clients. Peter shows the highest level of support for Wingate’s commitment to delivering best advice to those who are most vulnerable in our community.
